Stacks on stacks, of Happy Planners™: My ‘Stay Golden’ Memory Planner

Sorry it took a while on part 3 of my “Stacks on stacks, of Happy Planners™” planner babes. Things have been pretty chaotic with school as of lately. But I promise to continue to work hard to get the remaining two posts to you ASAP.

This is my first foray into the YouTube world, so I hope you like it even if it is a bit rough around the edges. Let me know what you think!

Lots of love,

Liz

Stacks on stacks, of Happy Planners™: Fitness Edition

Eating right and exercise is something we all should do. We’ll live longer, get sick less often, and be happier. But even knowing all of that, some of us still struggle to not only start but maintain that lifestyle. The decision to change your eating and exercise habits has to be a personal one. Don’t do it for your husband, boyfriend, or whoever. Do it for you. Do it because you want to feel better inside and out.

Once you’ve made the decision to change your lifestyle to a healthier one, you’ll likely need some help. In order to ensure the choices you make both in terms of fuel and fitness are good choices, you need to write down what you eat and what types of exercise you do. This way you have a record of everyday, and you can refer back to it at any time to see what worked or didn’t work.

Getting started isn’t hard or expensive.

Stacks on stacks, of Happy Planners™: Picture Quote daily planner

layout

Let’s get this planner party started! Today, I’m going to share how the Picture Quote Happy Planner™ works as my daily/to do planner. Nothing has really changed in how I use my daily planner except that I’ve narrowed down the focus of this planner to tasks, to do’s, appointments, schoolwork, etc.

Stacks on stacks, of Happy Planners™!

A rather common question that I’ve been asked before is, “How do you use five planners?” The overall answer is that they each have their own function: daily plans, fitness tracking/planning, memory planning, lettering practice, and a sentence-a-day journal.

stackBut that doesn’t really tell you how or why I use them in the way that I do. So beginning on Monday, October 10th, I will cover how I use one of my planners each day ending on Friday, October 14th.
